Note 18 – Subsequent events
Management evaluated subsequent events through the date these financial statements were issued and concluded that no events subsequent to June 30, 2026 have occurred that would require recognition or disclosure except as noted below.
Subsequent to quarter end, the Company received a total of $22,669 in royalty interest payments, gross, which, after payment of $1,123 in severance taxes paid by the Company, were $21,546 net, which represents a portion of the royalty income earned by the Company in May, 2026. |
