Note 18 – Subsequent events
Management evaluated subsequent events through the date these financial statements were issued and concluded that no events subsequent to March 31, 2025 have occurred that would require recognition or disclosure except as noted below.
Subsequent to quarter end, between April 29, 2025 and May 13, 2025, our Chief Executive Officer, Chet Billingsley, purchased 120,000 shares of the Company’s common stock on the open market at an average price of $0.045 per share. Such share purchases are reported on Form 4s filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission within two business days of the transaction date in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. |
