The Company’s Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020 could not be filed within the prescribed time period due to difficulties finalizing the materials required to complete the Company’s audit, which could not be eliminated without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K will be filed on or before the 15th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
